You represent and warrant that you possess the full legal capacity, power, and authority to enter into these Terms. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company, partnership, government body, or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to bind that entity to these Terms.
The Services are designed and intended exclusively for business, professional, educational, and developer use. The Services are not intended for use by individuals under the age of majority in their applicable jurisdiction. If you do not meet these eligibility requirements, you may not register for or use the Services.
To access the platform, you must register for an Account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to promptly update your Account details whenever changes occur.
Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, passwords, session tokens, and API secret keys. Any activity conducted under your Account or using your API keys is presumed to be authorized by you, and you accept sole liability for all incurred charges and compliance obligations arising therefrom.
API Key Confidentiality: API keys granted by Naagmani provide programmatic access to your projects, credit allocations, and configured providers. You must never commit API keys to public repositories, embed them in client-side code without appropriate scoping, or share them with unauthorized parties. You agree to notify us immediately at info@bhakha.com upon discovering any compromised credentials.
Organizations & Permissions: Organization administrators have the authority to invite members, assign role-based permissions, configure project budgets, and modify billing parameters. You are responsible for managing internal role assignments and offboarding former employees or contractors.
Naagmani operates as an advanced AI Runtime Platform designed to interface between client applications and AI model providers. Depending on the services and features available to your organization, plan tier, and deployment mode, the platform may provide capabilities such as:
- Unified AI APIs and proxy interfaces for text, embeddings, and multimodal models;
- Dynamic model routing, fallback cascades, load balancing, and latency optimization;
- Security controls, AI firewall capabilities, prompt inspection, and rate limiting;
- Stateful workflow orchestration, skills execution, and plugin systems;
- Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations, tools, and resource connectors;
- Granular token usage tracking, audit logs, cost governance, and analytics;
- Developer tooling, software development kits, and interactive consoles.
We continually enhance our infrastructure. Features, runtime capabilities, API endpoints, and integrated models may be modified, refined, or discontinued over time. We will endeavor to provide reasonable advance notice of any material deprecations through our developer portal or documentation.
Naagmani enables customers to connect to and route requests toward independent third-party AI providers (including, by way of example, OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, DeepSeek, and other model vendors). The mention of any third-party provider does not imply sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, or affiliation unless expressly stated.
Independent Terms: Your interaction with any third-party provider is governed by that provider’s respective terms of service, acceptable use policies, and privacy notices. You are responsible for reviewing and complying with all terms imposed by the providers you choose to utilize.
Provider Availability & Autonomy: Third-party providers operate autonomously. Naagmani has no control over provider uptime, system outages, rate limits, latency spikes, or sudden model deprecations. Naagmani expressly disclaims liability for any loss, disruption, or damages resulting from third-party provider downtime or policy enforcement.
You expressly acknowledge that artificial intelligence technologies are probabilistic and experimental in nature. Outputs generated through AI models may be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, biased, offensive, or unsuitable for specific applications.
No Guarantee of Accuracy: Naagmani does not make any warranty or guarantee regarding the accuracy, completeness, quality, or reliability of any AI-generated output.
Human Review & High-Risk Decisions: You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy and appropriateness of any output before relying upon, deploying, or incorporating it into production software. Under no circumstances should the Services be used for fully automated decisions in life-critical, medical, legal, structural engineering, or emergency scenarios without qualified human oversight.
You retain all right, title, and interest in and to your Content, including prompts, system instructions, documents, and customer datasets submitted through the Services, subject only to the limited licenses granted herein.
Operational License: You grant Naagmani and its hosting infrastructure a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to transmit, process, reproduce, format, and execute your Content solely as necessary to operate the Services, route requests to designated providers, apply configured security controls, and deliver responses to your application.
Model Training: Naagmani does not use customer proprietary Content or prompts to train foundational frontier models for third-party commercial exploitation, except where you have explicitly opted into specific fine-tuning or evaluation workflows under your own dedicated account.
Your access to the Services is conditioned upon compliance with our Acceptable Use Policy. You agree not to use the Services to:
- Engage in or facilitate any illegal, deceptive, defamatory, or fraudulent conduct;
- Bypass, disable, circumvent, or tamper with security filters, rate limits, or AI firewalls;
- Disseminate malware, viruses, automated spyware, or coordinated cyberattack tools;
- Steal, harvest, or compromise authentication credentials or API secrets;
- Infringe upon the intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights of any party;
- Subject the runtime infrastructure to denial-of-service attacks or unreasonable loads.
All right, title, and interest in and to the Services—including the Naagmani platform, runtime engine, routing algorithms, software interfaces, documentation, trademarks, service marks, logos, visual layouts, and underlying source code—are and remain the exclusive property of Bhakha Services Private Limited and its licensors.
Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership right or license to our intellectual property, except for the revocable, limited right to access and use the Services in accordance with these Terms during the term of your active Account.
Access to certain tiers, features, and runtime throughput requires payment of applicable fees. Our fee structures may comprise recurring subscription fees, usage-based consumption metrics (e.g., tokens processed, API requests, routing latency tiers), and prepaid wallet credits.
Payment Processing: Payments are processed via authorized, PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateways. By submitting payment details, you authorize our payment processor to charge the designated payment method for all applicable fees, recurring renewals, and accrued usage.
Taxes: All fees are stated exclusive of applicable value-added tax, goods and services tax (GST), sales tax, or withholding taxes, which shall be added to your invoice in accordance with governing legislation.
Refunds & Cancellations: Policies regarding subscription cancellations, renewals, and refund evaluations are set forth in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
By You: You may terminate your Account at any time through the developer console or by submitting a written request to info@bhakha.com.
By Us: We reserve the right to immediately suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Services, in whole or in part, without prior notice if:
- You breach these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy;
- Your account incurs unpaid balances past applicable grace periods;
- Your use poses an active security threat, operational hazard, or abuse vectors;
- We are required to do so to comply with applicable legal orders or regulatory directives.
Upon termination, your right to access the Services and utilize your API keys terminates immediately. Provisions which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership, disclaimers, liability limitations, and indemnities.
While we strive to ensure maximum availability and resilient execution, we do not promise or warrant 100% uninterrupted uptime. The Services may occasionally experience unscheduled interruptions, latency fluctuations, scheduled maintenance windows, network partitions, or upstream provider outages.
Formal service level agreements (SLAs), if applicable, are governed strictly by dedicated enterprise agreements executed between the parties.
