Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy outlines the commercial rules governing subscription cancellations, recurring renewals, metered usage billing, prepaid wallet balances, and refund requests for Naagmani AI.
Naagmani AI, operated by Bhakha Services Private Limited, provides flexible billing options designed for software developers and enterprises. Depending on your chosen tier, your account may utilize:
- Recurring Subscriptions: Billed at regular monthly or annual intervals for fixed platform features, higher rate limits, and priority routing;
- Usage-Based Metering: Billed based on actual consumption (e.g., tokens processed, request counts, specialized skills execution);
- Prepaid Credits & Wallets: Funds deposited in advance to draw down against runtime consumption.
Subscription plans automatically renew at the conclusion of each billing period (monthly or annually) unless explicitly cancelled prior to the scheduled renewal date.
Your designated payment method on file will be charged automatically on the anniversary date of your billing cycle. Invoices and payment confirmation receipts are generated and made available immediately within your organization’s billing dashboard.
You may cancel your recurring subscription at any time directly through the Naagmani Developer Console by navigating to Organization Settings ➔ Billing ➔ Manage Subscription ➔ Cancel Plan.
Access Following Cancellation: Upon cancelling your subscription, your account will remain active at the paid tier with full access to subscribed features until the end of your current paid billing period. At the conclusion of that period, your account will automatically transition to our free community tier. You will not incur any recurring subscription charges thereafter.
Usage-based charges correspond directly to real-time compute, network bandwidth, and model token consumption delivered by the Naagmani runtime and upstream AI providers.
Non-Refundable Consumption: Because compute cycles and foundation model tokens are consumed instantaneously upon request execution, usage-based charges are strictly non-refundable once processed. Organization administrators are advised to configure project-level monthly budgets and rate limits within the developer dashboard to prevent unintended expenditure.
Organizations may deposit funds into a prepaid account wallet to pay for usage-based consumption.
- Prepaid wallet balances are non-transferable between separate customer organizations;
- Prepaid credits do not constitute legal tender and do not accrue interest;
- Promotional, grant, or hackathon credits provided by Naagmani hold no cash redemption value and expire in accordance with their specific promotional terms.
Refunds for recurring subscription fees are evaluated on a case-by-case basis in circumstances where a technical malfunction on the Naagmani platform demonstrably prevented access to paid features for an extended duration.
[Refund eligibility and timelines to be finalized]
[Note: Specific refund windows, cooling-off periods, and fee deduction rules are to be formalized by commercial management and legal counsel before final production publication.]
If you believe there has been an error or unauthorized charge on your invoice, you must notify our billing support team within thirty (30) calendar days of the charge date.
Please email info@bhakha.com with your Organization ID, Invoice Number, and a concise description of the discrepancy. Our billing team will review the runtime telemetry and respond within three (3) business days.
If an automated renewal charge fails due to card expiration, insufficient funds, or gateway decline:
- Our payment processor will attempt retries over a subsequent grace period;
- Organization administrators will receive email notifications alerting them to update their payment method;
- If outstanding balances remain unpaid after the grace period, paid tier features, elevated rate limits, and custom routing configurations may be temporarily suspended until the invoice is settled.
All statutory taxes (such as GST or sales tax) remitted to government fiscal authorities in connection with your purchase are non-refundable. Third-party payment gateway transaction fees incurred during card processing may be deducted from any discretionary refund granted.
